Saturday night beer: 6°north x Hogan’s Cider – Worlds Collide
Picked this up from Noble Hops last night, been after one since it launched as I’m really a cider novice and am keen to try more ciders that push the boat out. This is a cider hybrid. It’s yeasty and dry, with a fruity edge to it but also a bit of funk. It’s fairly unique but I’d place it somewhere between a saison and a cider. Definitely worth checking out if you see these out in the wild.
