Child free weekend so making the most with a couple of nights out dining and drinking. Thought I’d better open something special to kick off before braving the wind and rain Emperor’s Brewing x Boutilliers Leia Cake. It’s a dense, decadent Imperial stout. Lovely bitter dark chocolate and vanilla collide, with slight sweet honey notes. Been saving this for a while and it’s worth waiting for.
