On the big US beers tonight, from Toppling Goliath it’s Pseudo Sue. This juicy pale ale gives mouthfuls of mango and citrus, a little bitterness and lots of citrus on the nose. It’s well balanced and very smashable. It’s rare to find TG beers in the UK, and I’ve been lucky enough to try a few of them in the past month. Get on this if you get the chance.
