Another one from the weekends adventures, we stopped by Korean street food joint @bibimbapgla for some munch. I’m a big fan of Korean food, but what everyone raves about at Bibimbap is the fried chicken. The sauce was amazing, couldn’t get enough on the chicken. I could eat that sauce all night. Went for a few meaty options on skewers, some beef bulgogi rolls and the spicy pork dumplings, which were so good we ordered more. We got there about 5pm, and after that they were steadily turning tables away which is testament to its popularity. It’s not the biggest of places, so getting there early is a good idea. There’s a second unit in the old Ichiban premises out in Partick, if you find yourself out that way. We had our two little people with us and they thoroughly enjoyed it too, especially the chicken. A great addition to the Glasgow dining scene.
