Hi, I'm Paul. I live in North East Scotland. I'm a middle aged, stay at home Dad to two amazing daughters. I also happen to be slightly obsessed by craft beer, you could say I'm a beer geek. I like eating. A lot. And I love traveling as much as I can. So these are mainly the things I'll be writing about/reviewing/photographing. I don't like to speak publicly about it, but I also suffer from a panic disorder, which makes my anxiety go through the roof at times, and can make aspects of everyday life very difficult. So I may write about mental health from time to time. Hopefully some of what I say will resonate with you, perhaps even amuse or entertain.
